Hi, I'm Halil.

I'm a Senior AI Engineer at INFINIT. I build and own an agentic lending platform that helps a leaner team manage SME credit risk and reduces reliance on costly third-party tools. INFINIT operates with over $300M for client financing through INFINIT Capital.

I also co-build INFINIT AI , giving SMEs autonomous AI employees and a business assistant that turn business data into practical work: comparing prices, managing leads, handling customer calls, and automating follow-ups.

Before INFINIT, I spent several years at AIVA building audio and music AI, from models to production platforms for music generation. Evaluation, automated testing, and reliability are central to how I build.

Claude Code, Codex, and OpenCode are part of my everyday workflow.

    This article inspired me to start working on AI 12 years ago: How Spotify uses CNNs.

  • Small obsessions

    I am very into mechanical pencils. Favorite lead: 2015 batch 0.5 Tombow. Favorite pencils: GG 500, Orenz Nero, and Orenz.

  • At my desk

    I'm moving from Ghostty to Rex . The rest of my day-to-day toolkit: Helix, Herdr, lazygit, yazi, and Flow Control.

  • Off the clock

    I've played Football Manager on and off for 21 years, from CM 03/04 to occasionally jumping into FM26. Mandatory joke reference.
